For your convenience, we’re open 6 days a week — closed only on Mondays. See our Contact page for hours of operation. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to a scheduled service to allow preparation time.
Salon L. is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our technicians. Because of this deposits are required on the below mentioned services and for some instances where we deem necessary. Deposits must be given on the day you book the appointment. The amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments.
How do I make an appointment?
We recommend that you call the front desk at 215.483.2500, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. While there are some days that we are available for appointments day of, we recommend calling at least a week in advance to try to secure evening or weekend appointments.
What do you need to hold an appointment?
We require a major credit card, telephone number and email address to confirm your appointment. Reservations are subject to availability.
What is Salon L.’s Cancellation Policy?
Our 24 Hour Notice Policy ($25 Deposit) applies to:
- Target Facials
- Facial Peels
- 50 minute Facials
- 30 minute Massages
- 50 minute Massages
- Balayage Hair Appointments
- BabyDoll Lash Lift
Our 48 Hour Notice Policy ($50 Deposit) applies to:
- 90 minute Massages
- Appointments including 2 or more Spa services (i.e. a massage and facial)
- Keratin Treatments
- Extension Application Services
Our 72 Hour Notice Policy ($100 Deposit) applies to:
What happens if I cancel my appointment within the policy time frame?
50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellation with less than policy’s hours’ notice.
No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule my appointment prior to the policy time frame?
We can refund the full deposit price.
Payment & Gratuities
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, Salon L. gift cards and cash for services. If you were happy with the services you received, it is customary to provide your stylist or spa therapist with a 15 – 20% gratuity. Gratuities are not included in service price and are only accepted in check or cash form. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Salon L. Service Guarantee
We at Salon L. pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and quality customer service. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your experience here, we ask that you call our front desk immediately. A manager will speak to you at that time if available. If she is unavailable, she will contact you within 48 hours to talk to you about your complaint.
Salon L. will allow 7 days after an unsatisfactory service for a client to call requesting an adjustment service.
For hair services, we do require that the client come in (within 14 days) so that the stylist and/or manager can see the hair physically. To provide the best resolution, we need a face to face consultation. Following an in-depth consultation, we will offer a complimentary adjustment service with the same stylist. If this is not possible, another stylist can adjust the service at no cost to the client. The original service will not be refunded. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Should you find dissatisfaction with any of products purchased at Salon L., we will gladly apply the full amount paid of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 60 days from date of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash back.
Salon L. reserves the right to refuse service or products to anyone at its discretion if it feels like the policies are being abused.
